Our Style & Ethos

Combining decades of experience in leadership, we bring a powerful dynamic of teaching and understanding to this space. Having both worked and trained extensively within the charity and non-profit sector, we understand the rewards and challenges that come along with this important work.

With warmth, humour and knowledge, we are able to create safe environments where diverse groups of people can explore their relationship with themselves, their work and the world around them.

Since 2020 we have been running sold-out retreats, events and training for business owners, charity executives, organisations and leaders. We are passionate about supporting people as they make an impact for the good of others whilst encouraging them to take responsibility for sustaining their own internal safety and wellbeing.

Let’s see how we can work together…
